Meta Title is not appearing in the SERPS? please help

Meta Title which we set: "Car Rental Service in Delhi | Taxi Service in Delhi"

but in SERPS it shows like this : "Car Rental Service in Delhi - Tripper Cabs
trippers cabs is Company name

whats this issue and how to fix it
