Meta Title and description Not Updating issue

I’ve changed my meta title and description for about 2 weeks. When posting my link on FB, it’s showing my my old meta title and description. How do I change this? It’s so annoying.

I Was Facing The Same Issue But After A Clear Cache It’s Good To Go. So You Should Clear The Cache.
 
Most likely you need to reload the cache. And make sure you are using the latest patched version
 
if you want to check whether your site is updating or not, the simple way to do that is to add this ?v=x after your full domain (x can be any number) let say domain.com.. then try domain.com?v=1 etc... hope it helps
 
When you update the meta title and description of your website but see old information when sharing links on Facebook, it’s often due to Facebook caching the old data. Facebook caches the Open Graph (OG) data from your site to improve performance and reduce the number of requests it needs to make to your server.
