I'm looking for a recent (last 12 months ideally) list of all the available targeting options on Meta such as interests, demographics, behaviours, etc.

Does anyone know where I can find this?

e.g. https://interestexplorer.io/facebook-interests-list/ (this looks to be incomplete)
