Do you mean about YouTube? Either put a seed keyword into the G Keyword planner and take a few related keywords, or go to the top video for your KW and right click/view page source and copy their KWs, or take KWs from YTs predictive searches.

This is what they mean by meta tags in the YouTube world http://prntscr.com/8mzcka and YT removes videos and terminates accounts for using them like that all the time. Better to write out a few paragraphs and include as many of the keywords as possible in that rather than making a list.
