• The payout account name is “PAGE-Billing”, while the legal company name is ABC MEDIA
• The account holder is correct (legal manager), but there is a wrong date of birth in the system
• The account was originally created years ago (Instant Articles era), which may explain the mismatch

• Submitted all required business and verification documents
• Opened multiple support cases
• Followed up multiple times with Meta support

• Has anyone faced a similar mismatch issue with Meta payouts?
• Were you able to resolve it?

I’m currently dealing with an issue where a Meta payout account has been restricted due to “unusual activity” and failed the verification (vetting) process.

From my analysis, the issue seems to be related to data inconsistencies, including:

• The payout account name is “PAGE-Billing”, while the legal company name is ABC MEDIA

All I want is correct the informations in our payout account, and then validate the verification process.

However, the account remains restricted and monetization is disabled.
