Meta Leads (Instant Form) CRM

Hello. I am creating a CRM to track and manage Meta Instant-Forms leads.

I run ads for my clients and will be giving this CRM to them for free - it will be easier for them to manage everything, etc.

If you were a client, what functionality would you like to see in that CRM?
