are meta keywords still improves in rankings??

I don't think they have enough importance these days. Used to be worth adding pre-2010 SEO era but now it won't matter if you've them or not.
 
The reality is that meta keywords won't help if you're trying to rank for any term that's even a little competitive.
 
In my point of view the meta tags in HTML is a major one so meta keywords also palys a minor part but i agree that, it may or may not create an impact but a small change create an impact so don't leave anything keep all perfect
 
Yes, they do, but not all Meta tags can help you in 2020. In my experience, if you want to rank high in Google in 2020 then you also need to focus on high-quality content and user satisfaction.
