Better don’t mess with direct linking or sketchy content lockers - especially if you’re trying to game the system. These platforms’ll shut your account down quickly. What I recommend you to do is build a solid bridge page that’s actually in line with the ad and helps pre-sell the offer. Trust me it does a way better job at warming up your traffic, which means better conversions. Straight-up linking usually flops unless you’ve got a squeaky-clean, pre-approved domain and offer.

Running CPA offers on Google/Meta/TT is what a lot of people do butt your offer has to be solid.
A LP is much more ideal but running ads with the direct link has its own pros especially when it comes to search ads on Google.
