Meta business representatives

1. Who is a Meta Account Representative?
This is a Meta representative assigned to a business, specializing in directly supporting issues related to:

Appeal disabled accounts

Optimize advertising campaigns

Resolve issues with payments, Business Manager, BM Limit, Page Restriction, etc.

2. Criteria for assigning an Account Rep
Meta does not officially publicize the criteria, but based on the experience of the community and insiders, they often include:

High advertising spending, usually from $10,000–$50,000/month or more.

Have regular advertising activities and stable development.

Advertising accounts and BMs have no history of serious violations.

Businesses have tax codes and clear, transparent websites.

3. Power of Account Rep
Does not directly unban, but can push cases to the internal team with high priority.

Can help increase BM Limit, ask for whitelist if you run limited products (within policy limits).

Can support agency account consulting if you are a 3rd party running for many clients.
Only Meta's account representative can initiate contact with you.

Sorry to say it guys, but in this way it is impossible to do unbans or other services like claims or verifications. It used to work, but it was patched a long time ago. Even the simplest ban will not unban you this way.

But you will get access to support, you just need to spend money regularly for about a week (maybe 2 max) on an Ads campaign. Facebook should grant you access to support.

On the other hand, if you need unbans or other services then drop us the details by email or by form on socialmagnetize.com, we will take a look and help.
I have 3 Meta Representatives Dude

Meta assigns separate management accounts to large spending businesses (usually from $10k/month) to help quickly process account locks and support advertising optimization.

Yes! Meta actually assigns dedicated account representatives to qualified businesses.

Those with reps have almost “higher power” to handle issues that support usually can’t help with:

+ Remove account checkpoints (if there is evidence, real ID)
+ Restore disabled advertising accounts
+ Remove block fanpage, Instagram, BM
+ Remove banned personal accounts (depending on the reason)
+ Remove spam/farm accounts in bulk

i was surfing through a forum where i found out that meta assigns a dedicated account representative to businesses that meet certain criteria, primarily based on advertising spend and business needs and this representative almost unbans every account and or any other issue. If you know anything regarding this, please lmk.
Thanks for sharing, I'll test this.

I am also interested in this issue and am looking for answers to see what the results are.

Yes, Meta does assign business representatives in some cases, but usually it depends on consistent ad spend and the scale of the business.

In this case I encountered, the contact representative only helped resolve some basic questions. Not much help.
