i was surfing through a forum where i found out that meta assigns a dedicated account representative to businesses that meet certain criteria, primarily based on advertising spend and business needs and this representative almost unbans every account and or any other issue. If you know anything regarding this, please lmk.

i m just looking for someone with the assigned business meta representative but there are so much of just noise advertising.

Seems like a heavenly option for BH meta ads managers. Just wondering: If you found it on another forum, why don't you ask there?

i asked the person but they don't answered anything. do you know anything? i need help with disabled ig asset

Yes, it’s true. Meta assigns a rep if your ad spend is high enough—usually several thousand per month. They can help with bans, appeals, and ad issues. If you’re not there yet, using the Meta Business Help live chat is your best bet.

Buying or renting a BM (Business Manager) with a dedicated rep is risky and against Meta’s terms—it can get flagged fast. Most legit reps are tied to genuine high-spend accounts. If you’re handling cases, better to build a legit BM with consistent ad spend over time. Safer and more reliable.

Yes, Meta assigns an account manager or account representative to ad accounts. But there are some conditions, like you have to spend a certain amount of money before they assign you one. High ad budget accounts are preferred but that's not actually the case.
These account representatives help you with banned accounts, suspensions, campaign setup etc. I also have one.
They message you on your personal Facebook profile associated with your ad account or you can also see the messages in the Business Manager account.

i don't have anything to advertise to reach such ad spends, is looking to partner up with someone a bad option?

Yeah, it's true that Meta does assign dedicated reps, usually to accounts spending consistently high amounts on ads. They can definitely help with appeals and account issues. But it’s not guaranteed. Would love to hear if anyone here actually got assigned one and how it helped!

I didn't have any suspension issues with my ad accounts.
I worked for different companies and have different products. Like luxury clothing, food items, electronics and other ecommerce businesses.
The representative often asked me to increase the ad budget and make changes in the ad campaign to increase the leads or conversions. But I believe in old methods, so I stick to them and often ignore the suggestions.
They help one of my folks with the ads. My friend has a new Meta ads account for the brand new website (mobiles, cables and chargers) and he started a lead campaign and didn't get any results.
They helped him to optimise the lead campaign and also suggested him to run an awareness campaign before running the lead campaign etc.
But now he is getting better conversions and doing good.

how much ad spent did you do before the getting the rep, also like how do you contact the rep? is it the same way as contacting normal support agents.

I live in India and worked with the new ads account.
It's around 50k in a month.
They messaged me first and asked me to make the changes in ad account to boost the conversion rate and lower the CPC. The message I have received is in my personal Facebook profile associated with that ad account. You can also see the message in Business Manager.

Sorry, but it won't work this way. They can't help recover personal accounts or IG accounts. They help with the accounts claimed under the business manager.

Edit: You can try to recover your account here: https://www.instagram.com/hacked/, but do not send multiple requests.
