Meta ads payment blocked, can't reach support - what can I do?

Hey,
I tried to use the ads manager and added a credit card there, verified it and fine. Afterwards I wanted to start a campaing but it always says, that my payment is blockend and I need to adjust it. So I added another payment method and even pre-paid money on my account.
I can't do anything: Meta AI chatbot always leads me to the self-support page where I can re-check my account but I can't click anything that corrects the mistake. If I click "pay now", nothing happens, the page just reloads (adblocker and everything is turned off).

Is it possible to reach a human being to correct my account?

It looks like a payment restriction from Meta side rather than a card issue.
Sometimes Meta blocks payments due to account trust, billing history, payment method risk, or automated reviews, even when the card is verified.
Check your Account Quality and Billing & Payments sections to see if there is any pending verification or restriction reason. If nothing appears, you may need to contact Meta Support and request a manual review....
 
try opening the support option from another browser, sometimes the pay now page just bugs out
 
If you've already tried multiple payment methods, I think this is most likely a payment restriction at the account level. Do you have any other account managers with access to Meta's online customer service? It might be easier to have a customer service representative check the affected account through that channel.

Is this a new ad account, or did it have some spending history before the payment block happened?
 
Yeah, you can still try Meta Business Support, especially through Business Support Home; if the payment is already settled, request a manual review rather than adding more cards
 
Yeah it sounds like a payment or account issue you should contact meta support and request a manual review of the payment restriction.
