We run advertising campaigns on Instagram, leading the user to a dialogue in Direct. The person sees the ad → clicks "DM" → goes to Direct Messages on Inst and sends a message.
We had "start conversation", meaning "results" indicator, but recently we got EU restrictions, however, we are a Ukrainian company.
Does anybody know how to get back indicator to track leads?
