Meta ads Engagement - Api.whatsapp.com & Whatsapp

Guys, not sure if you notice in ads library, gambling ads got 2 types of engagement. Some of the ads that stated api.whatsapp.com which I clicked it brings me to whatsapp normal to start the chat. The one that stated Whatsapp is linked to whatsapp business. How is possible?
