I am operating in gambling industry and I want to create Meta ads, but it seems like it needs cloaking to work. How am I able to do it and what is the ways to do it?
I’ve run a bunch of these, and what works consistently is layering your setup right — tech alone won’t save you if your flow leaks signals.
I use Adspect as the cloaker. It’s reliable, has good filtering logic, and integrates well with trackers like Voluum. The key is to make sure reviewers hit a completely clean whitepage — something that would pass manual review if needed. Real users get redirected to your money page. You control that using rules based on user agent, IP, browser behavior, etc.
Voluum handles most of my funnel routing. It supports Facebook CAPI, so you can fire server-side events from the money page only. No pixel events should fire on the whitepage. To avoid double-counting, match your pixel and CAPI events using the event_id parameter.
For browser setup, I usually go with AdsPower, paired with 4G mobile proxies. Don’t rush the account. Warm it up — post organic-looking content, maybe even run a couple of likes or engagement ads before launching anything cloaked. You want to build a small footprint that looks normal.
Creative hygiene matters. Don’t upload sketchy creatives to Meta. Keep them clean and let the redirect or iframe do the job after the click. Your domain should also be warmed, and rotated regularly. Never reuse burned ones.
Start low — Tier-2 or Tier-3 countries, $10–$20 per day. Keep a close eye on approval times, flags, and sudden spikes in rejections. If an account dies, just rotate — change fingerprint, browser, proxy, domain, and move on.
Also, don’t just trust the cloaker settings as-is. I test mine using a fresh Meta sandbox account just to see what gets shown to reviewers
