I don't even want to use it to spam users. I want to use it to contact members of my own group.
What is your budget for one?
I've been developing software for over 20 years and it would probably be fairly easy to get made for a few hundred dollars.

I was also wondering why do the modern messenger don't support group chats. As lots of others do have this option. The only way out is to make a community and add all the needed friends there, but it's not convenient as you still be chatting on a wall, not in a messenger as I know.
