Is there a possibility of such a bot existing for long-term period of time? Let's assume some user would like to get notified on messenger about something when it happens (for example some political event). And also can admin of group on facebook send pms to it's users?

if bot uses valid api. it can last longer I would say.

try to do reverse engineering on fb api and use one fixed proxy for one account

Yes, I have something like this (and a full bot for facebook as well). Although I'm not sure about admin of group messaging every member. It may trigger fb's spam detection system. What are you trying to do? Maybe we can form a jv. Let me know

in my opinion, using the application is much easier and more convenient than changing the proxy
