Messages blocked for SPAM

I am sending bulk messages to fb groups, but at some point it starts sending me notifications that my posts are being deleted by spam, any way to avoid this? Or some better way to do this?

use spintax while sending messages, also send messages with atleast 10-15 mins delay timing.

Thank you very much, another question, I changed the text and published only once, and it also marked me spam, will it be due to a link bit.ly?

Yes that's possible, did you use the same bitly link on other accounts which are already banned? If so change the link to a new one.

I have not been blocked by spam, they only delete my messages. Would it be a good idea then to change the link bit.ly every time I publish?

Yes you should do that. Also, try to use any other shortener service there are many out there like bitly.
