Message to the Moderators

Hello All,

I just wanted to jump in here to provide some feedback aiming to open discussions with a moderator over a recent decision to ban my account, so without further a do I'd like to provide some of the background story.

I opened account a while back and received a warning for attempting to sell a service via PM ( from memory it was a couple of reviews or something). I rightly received a warning for this - Out of my own stupidity I did not read the rules and wasn't aware I was unable to do this, it wasn't a mass sell it was a one-off small service, nevertheless it was wrong and I fully accepted I deserved that.

Anyways at that time I had another account ( with 0 posts ) I created it in a tired state and could not remember the log in details so it was never used, nevertheless I received strike 2... I explained the the moderator the situation and that fact the account had never been used and that I was more than happy to have the account deleted from BHW, but still it counted.

Finally, I was banned I assume for posting on the freebies section offering something for Free that someone else on BHW marketplace is selling for $100 a time... I still dont get how this is against the rules, I was only trying to boost my likes, as I planned on upgrading my membership at 100 posts.

Now in the short time I have been with BHW I have spent around $1000 on services and this was set to climb, I fully intend on upgrading my membership as I plan to stay here for the long time as a buyer.

Once the account was banned, I made a new account which was banned as the previous account was banned.. So its a vicious cycle.

Basically I have been lifetime kicked off a forum for committing a minor offence when I am a newbie, which was within my first 7 days of being here and didnt commit anything again after that.

Please can moderator give 10 mins to fully review my case so they can see for themselves, if after all of your digging you believe I do deserve a lifetime ban, then I will accept it. People like me and the buyers are the reason this forums flourishes without people spending money the marketplace would be dead.

Yet you open a new account this morning and then this one too. So this is your 4th account, with the other 3 banned and this one is now banned too.

Feel free to buy from the marketplace, you don't need to be a member to buy.

I find it funny when people try to diminish what they do by using the word "small".

It wasn't a mass murder, just a one-off small murder.
It wasn't a mass robbery, just a one-off small robbery.
It wasn't a mass assault, just a one-off small assault. Itty bitty tiny little assault. Just a wee littl' hit.

Granted, those are much more serious issues, but it still irks me.

Whether or not you planned to upgrade your membership is irrelevant and how much you spend on services here doesn't give you a free pass to break the rules.

As @MisterF said, you don't need an account to purchase services here.

A vicious cycle if you don't know what the word "banned" means. When you're permanently BANNED from the forum, that doesn't mean you're supposed to make another account for the same reason you don't get banned from a store and think you can stroll back in with a fake moustache.

I can see that you submitted a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com. The case will be picked up shortly, but I will say it doesn't look great that you've just created yet another account whilst waiting for a response. Be prepared to list ALL of the accounts you've created so we can look over everything.
