Message from FB ads..

Got an email this morning from FB ads team saying that one or more of my ads violates FB's guidelines or TOS and how if I continue to violate my account could be disabled, etc etc. However none of my ads have been disapproved? I got this email immediately after I changed my targeting on one ad. It went into review mode, and then I got the email it was approved. One minute later, I got the warning email. But like I said, this ad, as well as others are still approved.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Would they leave the ad running even after giving me a warning?

I've had this happen to me before in the past. You just need to contact them and find out what is going on. Typically they will apologize and say it's an error on their end. It could have been that your ad was approved and it wasn't supposed to have been. I've actually had that happen before. Sometimes you can contest your ads. Having more than 20% text on my images seems to get me in trouble. It's annoying, but you don't want to get multiple strikes on your account or you lose your account and possibly your page unless you have it backed up with other admins.
