Mesohost hacked!

Not sure who to feel sorry for to be honest: the host who is obviously in trouble if they cannot refund $2.50 or the guy who defaced the site for doing all that for $2.50 and then putting his handle, domain name and email address on the page!

Pay peanuts, get monkies...........

It seems like the site admin / the hosting company isn't even bothered to recover from the attack. This shows how lame and irresponsible they are. Pathetic!
 
Yap, the defacer is Prince iT from HF and has a 7 page replay thread opened there, and he`s done it for the right reasons but the consequences from this can cost him much more than 2$, all of his information are public.
 
Guys, you are missing the point here. He's not doing all these for the mere $2.5! Although its value is more in the third world. He is talking about lost traffic and a lot of issues that made him lose a significant amount of money, customers, optins or whatever. That's why he's frowning upon the host.

I like the way he handled this.

I have never condoned hacking at all, but in this case... well maybe just a little bit :)
