If audio, Audacity is simple, free and open source. If you want to do it programatically (e.g. in bulk), ffmpeg will work fine too.

If video, try kden live or blender (has a video editor mode hidden in it. google it.).

My problem with Audacity is; it not has some voice speaker presets like; studio speaker, movie speaker, etc,etc I hope you know what I mean. In the past I had imovie on an mac mini 2014 1.4ghz (but I changed the HDD to ssd and broked one of these small cables so I sold it as semi defect and bought a mac mini 2012) it has catalina but I can't install imovie on it.

Imovie was so easy to use it has multiple preset speaker filters I miss that. Yeah capcut has some too but not sounds professional, it's kinda childish.

I have problem to find a good online audio edtitor monthly billing not too expensive who has this feature. Any recommendations?

I all see on th esearch results: kapwing, Audiomass, Flexclip and all that crap none of these have multiple voice speakers filters (presets) I have a Boya lavalier mic, connect it with my Redmi 12C it sounds horrible ,connect it with my mac mini it sounds way better but always a little bit to muffled. I not get a clear crisp sound with some bass and gain with that mic in Audacity.
Garagebad has some of these preset voice speakers really good but I can't install it on catalina 10.15 damm....
The clipchamp movie editor not has any voice presets.....is imovie the only editor who has this voice speaker feature?
