Merge all the programming sections into 1 or 2

I think the sections are all really dead and really don't offer a whole lot of use. Considering most programmers can offer assistance in at least 5 of the current 10 sections, we should merge the sections so users can easily find recent discussions to offer assistance in.Instead of having a section for each language, I'd like to see a thread tag required at the start of every thread, where each thread tag is a programming language.

You'd have:
[Python]

PHP:

[MySQL]
[HTML]
[Javascript]

That way we would all be forced to be shown the recent threads and be able to offer assistance on the ones we are knowledgable on.

This would make the section a lot more active.

Yes, I think the whole idea of separating programming language is something derived by a non-programmer. People don't understand how much knowledge overlap there is across programming languages. They are not distinct as much as people think they are.
