My company assists with forming companies in the US. I have international clients in, usually high risk, industries. For purely e-commerce there is Stripe and 2checkout. However, they don't allow for over the phone orders.

FWIW, these clients usually sell health products.

Does BHW have any suggestions for avenues I should explore? No suggestion is too odd or whacky for me to be thankful

What you are looking for is a Virtual Terminal right? So you can take phone orders, true?

you could also look at using square up they have a virtual terminal that may work for you
