Merchant processing for social media services

Who are you guys using for processing CCs? Stripe just shut down my account for being a prohibited business. Braintree's terms also say they don't do social media stuff either. I've worked with Paypal for a while, but they hold a reserve.

Any merchant account providers that you recommend with decent rates for this "high-risk" type of business? If so, what rates are you getting and how much reserve do they hold - if any?

Maybe 2checkout but i read somewhere they going to block account and freeze all money that you have if chargeback rate 2-3% or higher and with this services there are always some chargebacks..

I know few networks like avangate. But the problem is their acceptance policy:

They don't allow social media stuff as per section E: Sell social media activity, including, Twitter followers, Facebook likes, YouTube views, or any other forms of social media activity.
