Merchant Accounts and Affiliate Tracking Software

Does anyone know which merchant accounts I can sign up for which can integrate well with my own affiliate program or an affiliate tracking software. I basically want to sell my products and have affiliates sell them and give them a cut and have a merchant account and affiliate tracking software which integrates. I dont want to use paypal or google checkout.

Any advice is greatly appreciate it.
