I need merchant account credit card payment processing for my business.
I have company in the UK and now I want to add merchant account for accept payment.
Our company selling gaming software.

skrill,2co could be the best option since you're based in uk.
Why would you purchase a merchant account instead hire a programmer and use any of the above or even paypal for payments with credit and debit cards.

last time I asked them about merchant account they didn't have problem with me not being in UK

You need one nominee director from the UK, also for increasing your limit. I asked them 2 month ago.

So, the problem is that you're not from Uk but you wanna sell stuff in uK and receive the money on your UK account? Why don;t you just create a site/company where you are and install Skrill payment on your site and that's it?
