I am looking for a payment processor who can provide merchant services with a virtual terminal for accepting MOTO payments. I am outside the USA selling business consulting services to clients in the USA. I currently use paypal and payoneer but I'm losing deals because I cant get a solid commitment by asking for credit card details at the time of the telesale. Any help / advice in this regard for a Non US Citizen would be greatly appreciated.
