There are plenty of trusted and reliable processors out there, ccbill is one of the best and strongest processors for Adult biz, not sure if your business is Adult related. However others may be psbill, failsafe, gspay and multicards - they have been in business for some years now and I have been following during the years and they are doing ok, not too many negative reviews.

found this, no idea how legit these merchant accounts are but they will apparently process anything:

google each one, see if there's any reviews some of them look legit. mostly based in panama. you can also configure virtuemart to take Ukash, Paysafecards, WMZ/Liberty Reserve, LiqPay, ect.
lot's of exchangers will work with epharmacies. if you have good sales, ask xmlgold.net to set something up for you like taking Ukash/Credit Cards from customers for payment. i noticed tons of hosting companies like 2x4.ru use xmlgold or wmbroker.eu
