Hi Guys,

From last few weeks, i have been looking for merchant account for my IT support company. but no luck yet. i dont want to use paypal due to high charge back issues (~5%). i know its really high. i am trying to cut it down to ~1%. for time being i am looking for high risk merchant account for my company. I would really appreciate if some one point me to right direction. thanks in advance.

Want country are you located in? "IT" Support covers a lot of ground and if you are in India or anywhere near India, good luck in getting any merchant account. To many processors have been burned with "IT support" companies aggregating their account with others and selling Pharma or other "no no" items.

Thanks for your reply John. i am from Australia. But its still hard to get merchant account for IT. Not sure why??

What kind of support do you do. I am in the US, and I had no trouble at all getting one when i started my computer repair business.

You might have to tell them you will have a retail location and want to process credit cards.

There are many payment processors online, instead of telling them it is IT Support, tell them it is computer repair.

Cool....burnt from people selling pharma, "herbs", replica items and other things that are not allowed under most merchant accounts. That is why it's so hard to get one in India. There are a lot of indian companies that will allow their merchant account to be used by others for a high interchange rate. Once the processing company sees a merchants account go from $5,000 a day in processing to $15,000+ thats a big red flag. I'm not familiar with the Au market, but assuming you have an office location, you should be able to find someone who will give you an account. It just might be that your not going to processing enough for a processing company to take you on, but that's just a wild a$$ guess.

... This thread is almost a year old. I'm quite confident the OP has found a solution to his problem by now.

There's no need to bump old threads to post your Skype name (which you seem to have done with every post you have on here). Honestly if you ask me, it seems a bit fishy when people do that. If you got advice, post it as a reply, not a cryptic "have multiple options to help.... Skype name here" unless you're already established on the forum and people know you're not pulling a scam.

Greeting To All,

We Jorge Finance company & Risk Solutions, is a one-stop shop for high risk merchant transaction services. We can align nearly any type of high risk business with card processing & gateway services. If you have chargeback problems due to Suspicious,we can work with you to get your numbers back to where they need to be to maintain healty relationships with the card schemes and acquirers.

Another avenue that many high-risk businesses don't consider is increasing their revenue by adding alternative payment options to their sites. In many countries, credit cards are not the most popular payment option or their use may be heavily restricted. Adding localized alternative payment options for customers in your targeted geographies can significantly increase your sales. We have extensive experience working with alternative payment options in the global payments landscape & can help you get traction in challenging markets.

Come to us with any questions you may have as to how we can asist you.

Best Regards.
