i've registered a few accounts, verified phone number and so on.
when i go to someone's page and post a reply below their twit it shows for me. but when i log out or log in with different account, my replies don't appear at all.
what is the problem guys? may it be because i use DC ips and hence marked suspicious? please share your thoughts.
