Hello people from BHW.
I have been a long time (like most of people here) reading the forums and trying to learn how to make some money online, but I never really took action on something. Not for being lazy, but because I was not willing to invest money I could not lose. And for a while I could not lose any money at all.
I am 21 and I'm an Intern in a big IT company (big like ? 16 billion/year revenue) and I work directly with Innovation. I really love my job and I don't want to quit it at all, that's not why I am doing IM. I am doing it for the first and biggest reason: It is a challenge. I really like challenges and I face this like a game. It can make me very happy and motivated if I can succed at this. Second reason: As I said, I am an Intern. I don't make a lot of money on this, I barely make enough to pay my bills (I live by myself) and even I am doing a great job so far, I can never be sure I will be hired as a full time employee, so in this last 12 months of internship, I want to build some income from IM and maybe if I am kicked out after my internship, working from home will not be a bad thing, right?!
So what are my goals?
Well, the sky is the limit, but I need a number to keep motivated.
My first goal is $30/day until december.

What do I have so far? (But don't hold too much to this data as I am not going to use this right now)
I have some domain names that I am not sure what to do with them yet (got all of them for free or 0,99).
1 domain Adult Niche (Maybe make autoblogs, but the market in my country is different from US and Europe)
1 domain Business / Management Niche (which is what I study so if some day I get motivation to do so I could right good content for this one)
1 domain Sports News Niche (I regret this one, it looked a good idea when I bought it)
1 domain Home and Decoration Niche (My mom is doing this and I will try to make her write for me as she likes it and we could share the profits)
So what am I going to do now?
I have started an online dropshipping store in my country.
It is not good to dropship from US, Europe or China because it takes forever and it can sometimes be stuck in customs and customers will get very angry.
But I found a good website that have storage (maybe not the right word for that, sorry) locations in my country and will dropship directly here with a good price and fast shipping.
Now...
THE PLAN!
The plan is to run the webstore and check how the market will respond to my product while I profit with sales. I don't know yet how I'm going to drive traffic to the website. I will start promoting it to my friends saying stuff like "Bought from this website, they are really good" on my real personal profile. I am picky with friends and I only have people I actually talk to in my friends. That means I don't have that much friends, but I can probably get a sale or two or five only from my friends (and I know they are interested in the product).
With the first sales I will use the money to invest in ads, maybe in facebook, maybe somewhere else, not sure yet.
What's Next?
After I get used to the market and to order management and everything, I will:
- buy or hire someone to code a ecommerce script to process orders automatically (buying from supplier using email), so I no longer have to do manual job on the website (maybe if this becomes reality I will have to open a real company... country rules)
- Start an (also automated) affiliates program for my products so people would get commission selling it for me.
And meanwhile...
I think I have a good idea in my hands, but I don't want to have the online store for too long. It all depends on how things will happen, but I would like to have other ways of revenue, so I want to use the money I am supposely going to get from the store to invest in other methods, because then I will finally have the funds to try, make mistakes and learn.

- $14 on a shared hosting for 12 monts

Things to do:
My webstore currently have 8 products. Before starting to "promote" it, I want to add at least 12 more items and I find this really boring to do, so maybe it will take 2 or 3 days, but I will try to do it as fast as possible and I will try to keep this thread updated.
