Menage Facebook group

Hello, I need an application to menage groups...
Function: add/delete groups, view my last post date..
I'm a php programmer, I want to have a good tutorial to build this app, or use a free solution if there are..

Nothing good is free, just use Massplanner and you can do that and much more
