Men verified account on Instagram for $250

Yesterday I was playing Instagram until I saw a photo of Cristiano Ronaldo.
I went to look at the comments and there was a guy with a blue seal saying he'd put a blue seal on the Instagram account for $250.
There was no requirement.
Your account has been verified with fewer than 50 followers.
How does he do it?
I deleted his user to avoid advertising.

Be careful with fraud. Because you need sent username and password. And also you have to pay up front.

It seems like more people are figuring a way to get verified. One guy was trying to sell me his service and showed me his account with like 1-3K followers. He has like 10 accounts all verified. I don't know how but I was impressed.

What they do is hack a account that is already verified. Normally a sportsplayer with very few followers who isn't popular online. Then pretend they got the account verified to try scam people.

That is %100 a scam.

Some people can actually get your account verified but they not charging $250 for it.
