I've added a meme generator to my WP site. I was wondering if any of you know a good place to get a safe lot of meme images?

You could potentially use a webscraper to scrape knowyourmeme.com

use Instagram hashtags mems it almost shows only popularity.

I would use all sorts of instragram page but on the other hand it is very hard to find references. Perhaps you could use some stock account and buy an image but I guess no one does it. I personally would not worry about it so much

if you're computer savvy, go to github.com and search for 9gag scraper or something similar. I bet there are loads of python scripts that enable you to mass download pics from 9gag.
