Meme funny image website JV

I guess I will get straight to the point

I am currently running a meme/funny image website and its getting a few visits a day, roughly around 400-500 from social websites like fb, twitter, stumbleupon, reddit (occasionally), pinterest and a few others also little traffic from google organic searches.
Keep in mind this site is fairly new around 2 or so months old with a few real active users
All the content is auto posted to many different social sites (admin privilege only).
I own 3 fb pages with over 70000 likes, 8000 likes and 1000 likes.

The way the site is set out, its all meant to be user generated content and I am currently planning on getting rage comic, meme, motivational and a custom generators made up for this site to encourage more user interaction (currently out sourcing freelancers).

Plans on monotizing would come from advertising, amazon affiliate marketing and one day selling self branded merch.

At the moment this project is 100% my focus and i am looking for 1 or 2 serious and like minded people to JV with.

Coder/php/flash developer - I need someone who is really tech savy with the development of wordpress themes and plug ins for developing and improving image generators and the general user experience.

SEO/keyword/Internet marketing pro - basically performing tasks of onpage/off page SEO and internet marketing ie facebook, twitter etc.
Preferably whitehat methods to avoid the big g-banger from sandboxing the site


I am looking for people who have a similar goals of success with the motivation to push the boundaries and making something cool we can all profit from.

Remember this is a JV with joint decisions and joint effort, this will be an investment of time and in some instances of investing in up scaling (buying populated fb pages, marketing, advertising and etc.)

I am John, I am a little bit of an all rounder with my skills as far as CSS and general wordpress stuff goes, SEO, internet marketing, content creating (videos, written content) and etc.
I am easy going and easy to work with.

I'm interested, but the main thing that puts me off is that it's your site and you own it.

Who's to say 12 months down the line when the marketing has been done and your site is bringing in 1 million visits a day, you won't just decide to go it alone?

Hi thanks for your interest.
You have a valid point however i see there will be a constant development of this niche. marketing, SEO, keyword targeting and keeping up with the evolving trends on this niche would be paramount as it is apart of 'internet pop culture'.
This is not a 12 month success JV, this is a long term Venture with hard work to follow.
There would be no way of me dropping anyone involved for my personal gain, I'm not that kind of person.
Yes i currently own the site, however when the right people have come along negotiations of shared ownership will come into play.
