How many of you are actively launching memecoins and managing communities on Telegram, Discord, or X?

Do you think simulating activity (e.g., engagement boosts, daily discussions) helps attract more investors and build stronger communities? Or do you prefer an organic approach?

Yeah, that's what our hypothesis is. Simulating activity especially in early-stage memecoin communities should increases investor confidence, boosts organic participation, and accelerates community growth compared to purely organic methods.

I'm reaching out to memecoin group owners and admins on Telegram to validate my product hypothesis, but cold outreach on TG hasn’t been very effective. I hope can find some ideas here.

Works to a certain degree, personally I find it quite easy to spot when communities are botted or have fake engagement - also defintely a red flag when they are.

I personally think that while simulating activity (e.g. boosting activity through bots or fake posts) can give the impression of a thriving community in the short term, it can backfire in the long run. Community members and investors can often detect fake activity, which can damage your credibility with them and affect the long-term development of the community.

From my experience, focusing on genuine value is what truly pays off. Initial pushes for engagement can grab eyes, but if there's no real interest behind it, those numbers won't hold up. People see through shallow engagement pretty quickly. Aim for consistent, interesting dialogue that gets people talking organically. That's how you build something lasting, not just temporary hype.
