aMember is a perfect membership software for selling digital subscriptions and downloads.
I don't have MSN (only Yahoo, Skype and business phone). I hardly use Yahoo IM anymore either. It's gotten to the point where it's a lot easier if I can just speak into the mic or my speakerphone.
I'm in need of a good script also. I have a product, I am having problems with distribution. I want payment to be good for one year (and ability to change pricing structure later).
My main problem is I have a program and the way I'm doing it right now is basically personalizing every single copy and uploading them individually (this is a semi-big program). It's about a 10-20 minute process per order (although I do other stuff while uploading).
I have two problems protecting the program and making a secure membership area. Preferably a membership area that somehow protects my program, although I don't know how that would work.
I found the other script I was looking for http://rapidshare.com/files/68648164/msm.zip also with resell rights. It's not bad, but doesn't have the functionality I'm hoping for.
Not massive at the moment but it could be massive in time.
My main plan for now is to have a few membership sites (all with similarities in topic), then once there is a decent subscription base at each merge them into one massive membership site (value added bonus to the members). Basically it's a get them hooked, make it better and keep them strategy. Of course instead of completely improving each site I'd make one great site and everyone is happy. The terms and pricing they paid originally would be respected and they end up with more for their money and I end up with more referrals and happier customers.
Of course right now I'm not at that stage. I'm building and doing stuff with no real back end. I'm trying to automate more of my tasks like I do on black hat sites.
