Membership on streaming sites !?

I want to know how on some pirate streaming websites they offer premium membership, and accept credit cards as payment option, and don't have any problems ? Are this payment processors goes offshore, and who offer that kind of service, and what is the provision.

I'm also interested by your question. I guess it depend from where you live. Maybe they don't do anything illegal because they build website which consist of a link collection and they don't upload anything by themselv ?

Two options
1. You find a friendly Payment provider willing to process for streaming
2. You create a dummy website to get approved by a psp

Filesharing/streaming is really hard to be onboarded btw and the « at the end the website does not upload the files themselves so its legal » is true, but no one will believe that you can process 100k€ month with random photos shared by randome people or file without any copyright
