No, you have to pay.. Sometime they have the program to offer JR VIP freely, Like if you give any better ideas to improve BHW. I am not sure, its still running it.

I am unable to see the Jr. VIP upgrade button on my profile..why is it so?

No, you have 91 of which 80 have been made in the past 24 hours.
Sadly looking at your contributions, so are nothing more than short, spammy posts and hijacking threads to race to 100.


Edit; I've cleaned up most of your 1 word replied, merged some of your replies and you are now on 58.

If I have active infraction can i make sales thread, or i need to wait for infraction to expired to make sales thread ?
 
just check your profile - goto warning tab, the expire date on
your infraction will be there, wait until after that.

also you cant just open a sales thread, you will also need
to buy vip account first, after the infraction expires 97$
then you apply for a sales thread.
