Member buy a membership, legally spam HAF WTB and jump into many people DM's to offer his services

Someone raise a dispute against the member and if you don't lock him, he can keep selling via DM.

Multiple times mods told them to stop selling via DM and answer ongoing dispute. This is not the solution.

Mods do not need to carry this weight of 24/7 moderating someone's DM or even thinking about it. It has to be automated.

What Locked in Time means? Froze accused account from seeing any updates. Disable all form of communications from and to his account.

Nobody can DM him anymore, and accused can't post under any thread, answer any DM, except the dispute thread and DM with Mod+2nd member

Lock all threads created by accused. ALL

If some sensitive info need to be shared, such is wallet, Mod only can create a chat party and invite accused + victim and they can talk only there privately.

When it comes to Automated, I wanted to say, make the system for this to happen, but do not let machine decide who gets it.

We need a Human to bring this decision, Mod would do, and since Mod review and understand that accused might be dangerous,

This Lock in Time applies to his account and he is literally forced to interact with the dispute thread only.

I would even make his homepage seeing only his Dispute thread and no any other thread (when logged from his account)

That would require too much custom coding, and I can't see the tech department going for this at this time.

It would also create an avenue for griefers to harm their competitors by opening up false disputes.
