In 2008 Supreme Court ruled in Kennedy v. Louisiana that death penalty for rape of a child unconstitutional. However it left the door open to death penalty for treason against the state + some other things with this wording: "Our concern here is limited to crimes against individual persons. We do not address, for example, crimes defining and punishing treason, espionage, terrorism, and drug kingpin activity, which are offenses against the State."

So raping a child? You'll be fine. But sell drugs or commit espionage or treason? Your ass might get fried.

These uses were legal, and in the US, you must have come sort of probable cause to launch a criminal investigation. No judge in the US would ever give a search warrant based in the fact that someone had an account at a business that was doing something illegal. Without a search arrant the evidence is not admissible in a court of law.

I'm not a 'yank hater' at all. In fact I really like the people and the place (I intend to move there at some point in my life). I just hate those trying to rule the internet and control it for the world.
