This is interesting...You know it must be difficult to sue the government since the court system is a part of
the government. Essentially it is like someone allowing a company to sue there own self XD..

We will see how this ends up.

Good for him. Love this guy and how he's handling this mess and I think he'll get his and it'll be one for our side in this SOPA, and the like, war. It's all connected.
 
What i don't understand is how US gov. can arrest/sue/touch in any way a citizen of a different country. I mean the guy from what i've read is a New Zeeland citizen and was arrested in NZ. In other words, as long as he didn't broke NZ law he should be untouchable by US. This is so much legal bullshit here but maybe somebody can throw some light on this for me.

But there's a reason Megaupload went down and TPB is alive and well. TPB doesn't only care about money, they are a movement and are smart. Kim just wanted mansions and cars and got greedy.
 
hope he gets it back with interests plus compensation because of lost profits and defamation
 
I hope MegaUpload wins... the US government needs to know they can't just exercise any "laws" they please -- the owner of the site didn't even do anything wrong and the government had no RIGHT to do what they did.

And Julian Assange is an Australian who is on his way to being extradited to Sweden, based on charges nobody has even filed, in order to be turned over to the US of Amerikkka over acts of espionage he didn't commit. Welcome to lawless government. At least Kim has the funds to fight back.
 
Kim love him or hate him I would like a few tips from him. If he is a criminal what about fb perhaps they should give their investors their money back.

Has something to do with the DMCA World Intellectual Property laws created by the U.S. It's as if the U.S. created a United Nations for Internet intellectual property with the blessing of the world but never shared the leverage it got by being the creator of those laws with the other countries. So now they think they are World Cop for everything internet.

Been reading on DMCA and SOPA & co. and all I could think was Guantanamo Camp. This is like Guantanamo for online. They grab you and throw you in a place where they can do anything to you just because some idiot politicians pressured by the influence groups signed on your behalf. Did you know they can sign international treaties without consulting with population? Basically one day they grab you and fuck you in the ass with a big black dildo and say "well, there's a treaty if you eat ice cream while walking in white shoes on the right side of the road we have to fuck you with a big black dildo. was signed by your politicians on your behalf, hence you agreed"
