Video conversion and approval time : Use ffmpeg or mencoder to convert videos coz such videos get processed too fast and available in your account in few seconds. For approval, they verify each and every video manually, Means if you have watermark or your site tagged on your video then they wont approve it. or if you have put site name in title or description of vide then they will remove that part.
Reward points : They update it on every two weeks in all accounts normally but they update them sometimes earlier.
Payment : I didn't get my payment of 1,00,00,000 points yet. so Just waiting for them. Will post when I get it.
