His support staff are usually offline on weekends.
When I had trouble with the unfollow function I simply private messaged him on the forum and he got back to me in under an hour.
If the unfollow function isn't working properly try setting a longer delay because I can run it all day without captchas with the correct settings.

Be careful, theres a limit of 60 unfollows at hour.
