mega insta account questions

Been seeing a lot of these accounts with X.X million followers and xxx following
averaging 150k-200k likes per image and 2-5k comments

then at random times I see a handful of them all shoutout the same page that's private
My questions are

1. How do they have such high engagement? (comedy, video, facts niches mainly)
they have about 150-190 posts ranging back 93 weeks
the images look like a child did it

2. Is this a multilevel setup all under the same marketing company possibly? Or maybe multi bot setup? Is that why engagement is so high? Artificial?

3. Why set your account to private?

lot of questions I know. But I don't understand these accounts.

I totally understand what you are saying. I always see images I would never like but they get tons of likes. Reason? I have no clue but I personally would never get into those niches. I dont like their style. The account always look messy.
