Meeting up with a client, no office

If customer requires a face-2-face meeting (some insist on it). I would meet initially in their place of business, if possible (like someone said). If you are working on selling your product/service, then would be good to take the customer out of the comfort of his/hers office (it also helps to avoid other distractions). You don't have to park 2015 Merc in a front of 5* restaurant to give away aura of confidence and ability.

depends on what you want to charge. If your under $500 a month set up a goto meeting,, If your 3k or higher go visit the business. There are plenty of shared office space places that cost $20 or less per hour, but your going to find most business owners want you to meet them at their place.

Fake it till you make it buddy. I once held a face to face meeting for advertising space sales in a random office building in a random room. Everyone assumed we belonged there and it worked fine. Trespassing/shmesshpassing. No one got hurt and we were there for 30 minutes in business casual attire. Maybe try this

Pub! I have a local pub who also happen to be clients of mine. The atmosphere is great, the food is brilliant and the real ale is top notch.
Meeting at at my local also has the advantage that I can arrive there on my bike. There are always plenty of flash cars parked outside should a potential client wish to make their own assumptions. If they ask how I get there I'm honest about the bike and can make a whole positive conversation on that topic.
Almost all all good client won't give a shit if you're making them money.
