Meeting my first seo client tomorrow

While there are some services SEO wise that would be done just fine on fiverr, I would not risk your first client on them. Seriously.. You can use fiverr for article submits and lesser SEO based tasks, but building a website with someone there.. Is not going to be your best foot forward.
You can find folks here on BHW, or Odesk ect.. but have it done right the first time.. You can make up for the profit difference by having a good referral from them to other business owners.

I guess op is demotivated or may be client knows more about SEO than him.

Remember, this guy needs you.. and he's looking for you to solve his problems. So, relax and know that he's already looking at you as the expert.. and he's probably as ready to call you out on your green-ness as you are ready to call him out on something in his business.
