Meet my first assistant - Kira

Depends on platform. For tinder - the bigger pool of topics, the better. For discord, probably will be enough of small variation of topics.

Yes but because I knew what to trigger to showcase an example. In real life - such question floods are not common.

That is a great idea and I will add to backlog this as well.

There is such a trigger already, but it starts from 400-500 chars when a person is really chatty. You have to determine the mood of the overall conversation to respond correctly to such events tho.

I could do a compilation of the funniest convos on tinder :)

here are some screens from Tinder. GUI differs because this is my dashboard.

One I can say, people are fucked up, the things my bots have seen are very, very dark and I will not post those for obvious reasons.

I have 30k Twitter accounts waiting for me to battle my procrastination and focus issues.
If I can ask, What's this application where your bot is talking ?

Dang dude! That's impressive and awesome! Sometimes I wish I spend time learning how to develop rather than designing, although that made me some money as well, so can not complain  Out of curiosity how much would it cost to develop and teach "her" to learn timewise and moneywise?

Anyways awesome journey!

While I agree she can be categorized as a chatbot, it feels wrong. :D

She is far from being perfect but it's something more than a simple chatbot.

She has a personality(well many but for every conversation, a new one is built), attitude, and mood.
I've got only one word for you, "Ex-Machina". :P

Pretty cool mate! Can I ask what languages its programmed in. And did you built gpt-3 into it?

Impressive. Is this something you're building for your own use only or plan on also selling it?

Tinder.

Thank you! Time and costs would depend on your skills, learning abilities, and many other factors - like free time available and even your location as living and thus any tech dev costs differ depending on where you live.

I like that movie, one of the few I can rewatch but not because of how good it was, - the idea and concept were good. I think they could do so much better, they have huge potential for a remake.

Nice :) How long took kira development?
~1 year working full-time.

It's not one thing or one service but a complex project that consists of multiple sub-services, languages used - PHP, Javascript, Python, Go. At the time of starting this project - the costs of gpt3 were too high to be implemented, haven't checked now. The thing with such models as gpt3 is they are great but at the same time, you can't really filter out responses you shouldn't give and it was slow to process queries as well.

Impressive. Is this something you're building for your own use only or plan on also selling it?
Thanks. No plans to sell it.

Thanks!

I meant more like if you (well not you) but an experienced developer with the right skills would develop and train, what costs are we talking about? Like 10K? 50K? I live in Europe. I literally have no idea lol. But I think its worth the investment when I can see from the few screenshots you've shared what it can do, I already have a few ideas other then Tinder :)

Better than siri lol
haha, it's not as big but I hope that one day perhaps the use of it could be something of better value than selling adult offers over chats.

But you know how it goes, a girl has to work to pay for her studies and sometimes best-paying gigs are not the pleasant ones... :D

Thanks!

Take the salary of that dev and multiply by at least 12 and you will get an absolute minimum cost. Then add 15-20k on top of that for just training, fine-tuning.

Very good stuff. What did you use to build this?

TensorFlow?

How long did it take you?

How would you compare it to GPT-3?

Very scary for kids
They will j...k off while chatting with a BOT
Atleast we got real F other side

That book had a huge impact on this, that is true!
Not sure this was supposed to be my takeaway from the thread - but I just picked that book up on Audible.

Impressive project. Makes me want to join public channels on Discord just to play with the bot.
