Meenews Newsletter Plugin problem?

hii Guys i am facing one problem in my newsletter i am using meenews newsletter plugin almost evrything i have done except one thing how to call images in newsletter i am sending post as newsletter to my subscriber ....

when i manage newsletter there are option "Select design entry" so image option is also included but not coming in post ...

help me out if anyone is using this plugin
