Can anyone tell me how to get good traffic from Medium to my website? Also, how do I get my Medium posts indexed on Google?

To get traffic from Medium, write useful content with strong call to action linking to your site. For indexing share you post on social media.

I think you need write helpful content to post on medium to get traffic

Yes, you can, but don’t just copy/paste and hit publish. (that won’t work)

Because Medium is much smarter now, it’s not like it used to be!

Make sure to rewrite the content properly, even adding a slight human touch isn’t enough!
(speaking from experience, one of my accounts got banned)
